Shipping policy
At The Cake Canvas Studio, we believe in getting your goods to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Whether you’re ordering one of our signature aprons or a digital download, here’s what you can expect from us when it comes to shipping and delivery.
Processing & Shipping Time
We aim to ship all apron orders within 24–48 hours of purchase.
Please note: this timeframe does not include USPS processing or delivery time. Once your package is scanned in by the carrier, delivery speed is outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help if any issues arise along the way.
Shipping Delays
While we'll do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery, unexpected carrier delays can happen especially during holidays, inclement weather, or peak shipping periods. If you experience an issue with tracking or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at booking@thecakecanvasstudio.com so we can help you get it resolved.
Digital Products
All digital downloads are sent immediately after purchase.
If you don’t see your file within a few minutes, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder sometimes the confirmation email likes to hide.
If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us and we’ll make sure you get access right away.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, ownership transfers to the carrier. However, we want you to love your experience with us. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, send us an email at booking@thecakecanvasstudio.com and include your order number. We’ll review each situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve been shipped, and we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
