Refund policy

At The Cake Canvas Studio, we pour love, care, and quality into everything we create from our microfiber aprons to our digital tools for bakers. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, so here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are final sale. Because of the nature of digital products, they can’t be returned or exchanged once delivered but if you experience any issues accessing your file, please reach out to us at booking@thecakecanvasstudio.com for support. 

Aprons

Our aprons are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your apron shows up with a defect or damage, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at booking@thecakecanvasstudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review your request and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

(But honestly, why would you want to return something that’s this amazing?) :)

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming approval (or denial) of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
