When will my order ship?

I know you are excited but all in stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated by USPS. The shipping speed selected at checkout is the general speed of the courier. Please be mindful of fulfillment times in addition to shipping estimates. The postal service time is never guaranteed, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the exclusive nature, all sales are final for this merchandise.Please check your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed, if your items are returned because of an invalid address we will have to charge you to reship your package.

I received the wrong item, how should I go about returning it?

We sincerely apologize if you have received the wrong item! Please e-mail booking@thecakecanvasstudio.com with your order number, incorrect item and what you are missing from your order.

I placed my order and my shipping info is incorrect, what should I do?
